Coaching We use a data-based approach with an interview-driven or automated 360 degree assessment, and then partner with leaders to create a solid action plan that focuses on high impact development needs. From there, we provide one-on-one or group sessions with a certified coach — for leaders, managers, individuals in transition, or anyone who is looking to attain their “up”. We believe in challenging people to reach out of their comfort zone, in a supportive environment that will bring them meaning at work.
